Repairify Australia Holdings Pty Ltd (Repairify) and Capricorn Society Limited (Capricorn) have formed a joint venture agreement to deliver advanced remote automotive repair solutions to repairers in Australia and New Zealand. The joint venture will be branded as “Repairify” and distributed by Capricorn through the Capricorn Preferred Supplier Network. Both companies will have equal ownership in the venture.
Repairify is known for providing market-leading remote automotive repair solutions in North and South America, Europe, and greater EMEA. They have established strong, long-term relationships with numerous global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
The main objective of this joint venture is to offer world-class remote automotive repair solutions to automotive service and repair businesses in Australia and New Zealand. This will enable these businesses to enhance customer experiences by reducing turnaround times and increasing productivity.
The joint venture aims to introduce innovative products and services that address the diagnostic and repair requirements of the Australian and New Zealand automotive aftermarket. The ultimate goal is to ensure that vehicles are repaired and returned to the road safely.
While Capricorn Members will benefit significantly from this partnership, it’s worth noting that all Repairify products and services will be accessible to all automotive aftermarket shops in Australia and New Zealand, irrespective of whether they are Capricorn Members. This demonstrates the dedication of both companies to supporting the entire industry and fostering a stronger future.
