MG Motor has attained the fifth position among the top car manufacturers in the Middle East automotive market. With an 11% sales growth in 2023, totaling 63,691 units, MG has secured a 4.2% market share in the dynamic Middle East markets.
Notably, MG’s market share surged in the Sultanate of Oman, reaching its highest at 10%, establishing itself as the second-ranked automotive brand in the country. The MG5 and MG ZS emerged as the standout models for MG in the region during 2023.
Looking forward, MG is gearing up for further expansion in 2024, with intentions to inaugurate 17 new showrooms and 26 service facilities to meet the escalating customer demand across the region. This expansion will complement the existing network of 49 showrooms and 47 service centers.
