Bosch Connected Repair interconnects all the diagnostic devices in the workshop. Thanks to the Connected Repair network, the customer and vehicle data recorded by customer service are immediately available on the workshop devices at every workplace, and do not have to be re-entered. Up to now, workshops wanting to use this network have had to set up and operate a local server and network architecture. Bosch Connected Repair Cloud now makes such a local IT infrastructure unnecessary. Workshop devices and the Esitronic diagnostic software communicate directly with a cloud, in which all data are stored securely and conveniently, and can be retrieved anywhere and anytime. Connected Repair Cloud also means that workshops no longer have to worry about protecting customer data, since Bosch ensures that data are secure in the cloud.
Handling personal data responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements is a top priority for Bosch. For workshops, this means that their staff can focus fully on their day-to-day business, without any need to spend additional time on data protection and security.
From spring 2023, a licensed version of Bosch Connected Repair Cloud will be included in the Esitronic Advanced and Master packages.
