BMW Group has introduced the ‘Retail.Next’ concept for its dealerships in India, aiming to elevate the dealership experience for customers. The inaugural dealership under this new format, Speed Motorwagen Agra, has opened in Agra, India, with plans for additional dealerships to follow suit. BMW emphasises that this innovative sales approach redefines customer interactions, emphasising customer-centricity, flexibility, sustainability, and premium service.
The redesigned dealerships feature a three-car display zone, a lifestyle and accessories section, and an attached workshop with three service bays. The facilities showcase a modern design and layout, incorporating a unified entrance, a single-floor layout, and an all-encompassing ceiling.
