Audi Opens Fast-Charging Hub in Mumbai

Audi India has launched a groundbreaking ‘e-tron hub’ fast EV charging station in Mumbai in collaboration with ChargeZone, featuring a 450kW ultra-fast charging capacity and a 360kW/500amps liquid-cooled charging gun. E-Tron owners can avail complimentary charging at this facility until March 2024. The hub, located in BKC, offers five charging bays and a 360kW liquid-cooled charging gun. With a 360kW capacity, a Q8 E-Tron can charge its 114kW battery from 20-80% in just 26 minutes. The station is powered by green energy, incorporating a solar roof for peripheral electrical needs. Additionally, premium coffee vouchers are provided to E-Tron owners, and staff assistance is available. The charging process can be managed through the ‘myAudi Connect’ app. Audi has collaborated with charging partners Aargo EV Smart, ChargeZone, Relux Electric, LionCharge, and Zeon Charging, providing over 140 chargers across 73 cities in India.
