At this year’s ACMA Automechanika in New Delhi, MAHLE Aftermarket is poised to showcase its complete range of automotive solutions. The display encompasses a diverse array of products, spanning engine components, filters, car care products, e-mobility solutions, and thermal management parts.
Recognizing the growing importance of service solutions in India’s independent aftermarket, MAHLE will introduce its first virtual diagnostics training tool tailored for two-wheelers in India. This innovative tool incorporates a Virtual Reality headset to offer users a real-time monitoring experience for assessing vehicle health and performance parameters. Its introduction aims to raise awareness about vehicle diagnostics and facilitate learning for mechanics across remote parts of India, enabling them to upgrade their skills in line with the increasing digitization in the Indian aftermarket.
Sharad Bhatia, Head of MAHLE Aftermarket India & Service Solutions Asia Pacific, remarked, “The Aftermarket Industry in India recently witnessed strong growth. Plus, the market has been dynamic on the distribution end with the emergence of new entrants that helped establish a much more efficient, digitized value chain. This, coupled with the penetration of electric vehicles, has created demand for service platforms that can cater to diversified mobility segments. Overall, the market offers strong potential that can be tapped with parts lead – service-oriented solutions.”
