Mahindra University (MU) recently signed an MoU with Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK), an initiative by the Department of IT E&C, Government of Telangana. The signing ceremony took place at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium on July 15th, during the World Youth Skills Day event organized by TASK.
The collaborative partnership aims to establish the TASK-Kalam Centre for Automotive Excellence, focused on equipping Telangana’s youth with essential skills for the expanding electric vehicle (EV) industry.
According to Dr. Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor of Mahindra University, they are delighted to join hands with TASK in establishing the TASK-Kalam Centre for Automotive Excellence. The partnership seeks to bridge the skills gap in the EV industry and create a talented workforce to drive the future of mobility.
Through this collaboration, Mahindra University and TASK will address the demand for skilled professionals in the EV industry by providing specialized training programs and facilitating knowledge transfer. The TASK-Kalam Centre for Automotive Excellence will serve as a center of excellence for advanced skill development, research, and innovation in the field of electric vehicles.
