Attero, a prominent lithium-ion battery recycling and e-waste management company, has entered into a partnership with Mahindra Last Mile Mobility (MLMML), a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra.
This strategic collaboration is centered on optimising the recycling of electric vehicle (EV) batteries and represents a proactive initiative to address environmental concerns associated with the safe disposal of EV batteries.
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility’s existing lineup of lithium-ion electric three-wheelers, including Treo, Treo Plus, Treo Zor, Treo Yaari, and Zor Grand, falls within the scope of this partnership, emphasising a focus on the sustainability and recycling/reuse of lithium-ion batteries.
