It merges Visteon’s expertise in software, hardware, and system integration with Shinry’s nearly two decades of research, development, and production in a wide spectrum of power electronics. We anticipate that this joint venture will foster the development and commercialization of advanced power electronics technologies, allowing us to swiftly deliver cost-effective solutions to customers in the rapidly growing electric vehicle market.”
Dr. Renhua Wu, Chairman and General Manager of Shinry, echoed Vallance’s sentiments, remarking, “The strategic alliance between Shinry and Visteon enables us to leverage our combined resources and expertise. We will collaborate on innovative research and development initiatives to broaden our market presence and offer customers superior products and services that generate increased societal value.”
